How to Prep for Your Colonic

There are just a few tips to follow before you come in for your first Colon Hydrotherapy

session. These tips are for you to achieve the best results from your treatment.

  • Do not eat any food 2-3 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Drink plenty of fluids. Smoothies, broth soups, and raw juices are encouraged as they help release toxins in advance.

  • You may take magnesium to help with any cramping during your session.

  • Avoid dairy, meat, and caffeine **start one to two days before your treatment and continue the day of your treatment** this is to avoid stress on the liver and heavy food still digesting. We want your digestive organs to be in a relaxed state, as much as possible, so waste can be gently released.

  • Prior to your appointment, it's important to be relaxed. Your body will respond more effectively in a relaxed state, so take some time to unwind before your appointment.

If you've never had a colonic before, it's natural to feel nervous about the process. Rest assured, it's a relaxing therapy that can do wonders for your digestive health and overall well-being. Give it a try and see the benefits for yourself!
