​Our founder, Lizzette, was born in Midtown Manhattan, New York, and has proudly called Canada home for 28 years. As the owner of Okanagan Colonics, she brings more than 20 years of dedicated experience in colon hydrotherapy and has helped countless clients feel lighter, clearer, and more at ease in their bodies.

 

Having personally experienced the benefits of colon hydrotherapy at a young age, Lizzette has a deep appreciation for gentle, natural detox. She has trained and certified through the highest recognized professional bodies in colon hydrotherapy. Lizzette is an I-ACT certified Colon Hydrotherapist and is nationally board certified with NBCHT, the National Board for Colon Hydrotherapy. With over two decades of hands-on experience, she is Kelowna’s most experienced colon hydrotherapist and focuses her practice solely on colon hydrotherapy, allowing her to offer a truly specialized level of care. Lizzette is also in training to become a Colon Hydrotherapist Instructor, furthering her commitment to teaching and elevating standards in this vital area of digestive health.

 

Lizzette is married and blessed to be a mother of two, and her family is at the heart of everything she does. Fluent in Spanish, she loves connecting with a diverse community and creating a safe, welcoming space for everyone who walks through the door.
