Thoughtful Care, More Accessible

Warmly from Lizzette,

I hope this message finds you well. Over the past few months, I have had the privilege of engaging in many thoughtful conversations with you, our valued clients and community members. One recurring theme in these discussions was the importance of affordability and accessibility when it comes to long-term digestive care and holistic wellness.

Listening to your feedback has been incredibly important to me. As a result, I have made the decision to lower our pricing for individual sessions, effective immediately. My primary goal is to ensure that you can continue to receive the same dedicated, personalized care you expect from Okanagan Colonics, while making it easier to integrate these professional services into your regular wellness routine.

While the costs are changing, my commitment to your healing journey remains steadfast. We believe that professional digestive health support should be within reach, and I am grateful for the opportunity to adjust our rates to better serve this community.

Seasonal Wellness Support

As we transition into the colder months, supporting our general health through evidence-conscious habits is more important than ever. Here are practical ways to maintain your well-being this season.

Embrace Vitamin C-Rich Foods

Incorporating a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables into your daily routine is a simple way to support your body's systems. Focus on vitamin C-rich options like oranges, grapefruit, kiwi, and strawberries, or vegetables like broccoli and bell peppers. You can easily add sliced kiwi to your morning breakfast, snack on orange segments, or toss sautéed bell peppers into your evening meal for an extra boost of flavor and nutrition.

Nourishing Diet and Protein

Eat a varied, well-balanced diet that includes an adequate amount of protein. Focus on whole foods that satisfy and fuel you, ensuring your body has the materials it needs to repair and function optimally during the shorter days.

Hydration for Inner Balance

Staying hydrated is essential even when it's cold outside. Try to sip on water throughout the day, or incorporate warm, nourishing liquids like clear soups, herbal teas, or warm lemon water to keep your hydration levels consistent.

Restful Sleep and Movement

Prioritize getting consistent, restful sleep by creating a calming nighttime routine. Complement your rest with regular, manageable movement that feels good for your body—whether that is a crisp afternoon walk, a gentle stretching session, or your favorite yoga practice.

Practical Daily Hygiene

One of the most effective ways to support general health is the simplest: washing your hands thoroughly. Make it a habit to wash with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially before eating or after being in public spaces.

A tasteful seasonal arrangement featuring citrus fruits and cozy wellness elements for winter care.

I look forward to seeing you soon and supporting your digestive health through these transitions.

With care, Lizzette
